2020 Net Set Go Program Information
The C&DNA Net Set Go program runs over 8 weeks (usually the end of term 2 and the beginning of term 3) based on the program developed by Netball Victoria. This is a fun, safe, social and active program for girls and boys between the ages of 5 and 10 to introduce them to the game of netball in a positive way and to teach them the basic skills of the sport. Net Set Go is divided into three tiers which means that participants develop skills at a pace that is appropriate to their age and ability.
Which Net Set Go tier is right for my child?
Net is for 5 to 6 year olds and teaches fundamental motor skills through activities and games.
Set is for 7 to 8 year olds and focuses on refining fundamental motor skills and introducing modified match play.
Set is for 9 to 10 year olds and focuses on developing netball specific skills through introducing modified match play. Designed to prepare all participants for competition play.
